Senior Product Specialist – South Iraq

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist will promote Aspen’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the South Iraq region. The role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians and pharmacists, delivering key brand messages, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily face‑to‑face calls with physicians and pharmacists to promote Aspen products.
• Organise and execute AVAs, promotional activities, and medical educational events.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Maintain and update the customer database and submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers.
• Provide market feedback on competition, new product concepts, and customer requirements.
• Support the South team through coaching, day‑to‑day assistance, and onboarding of new joiners.
• Stay current with clinical data in the therapy area and discuss findings with healthcare professionals.
• Participate in market analysis, tender processes, and retail institution market‑access assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to build sustainable relationships with HCPs.
• Capacity to work under pressure and handle ambiguity.
