Security Site Supervisor – Iraq (6+ years Military Experience)

About the role
We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of guards in Iraq. The role involves overseeing guard staffing, performance, and compliance with all site orders while ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned guard posts are fully staffed and operational.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of guard personnel.
- Enforce adherence to post and general orders across the site.
- Coordinate with site management on security procedures and incident response.
Required profile
- Minimum 21 years of age and U.S. citizenship.
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass medical, physical, drug and psychological examinations.
- Hold a Secret Security Clearance.
- At least six years of experience as a military officer or NCO (E‑6 or above) or equivalent law‑enforcement/armed‑guard supervisory experience.
