Sales Lead – Managed Delivery & Logistics

About the role

A leading company in the managed delivery and logistics sector, represented by its recruiter MasterMinds, is looking for a Sales Lead based in Baghdad (Al-Jamia). The role leads a team of five salespeople and runs the daily sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team of five and run the daily sales meeting
• Hold weekly one-to-one sessions with each team member, reviewing their calls and WhatsApp conversations and giving specific feedback
• Train the team on the company's sales pitch and share the habits of top performers
• Keep the CRM accurate, with no stale deals and every activity logged
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up every lead within 24 hours
• Prepare the weekly performance scorecard and an honest sales forecast
• Run discovery conversations that uncover the merchant's delivery challenges before pitching

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or SMB field and phone sales in Iraq, with a proven record of meeting sales targets
• 2+ years leading or supervising a sales team of four or more while carrying a personal target
• Experience in consultative, multi-touch selling, beyond scripted transactional sales
• Background in telecom, fintech, logistics or e-commerce is an advantage

Required skills

• Daily CRM use, comfortable with pipeline reports, conversion rates and scorecards; Pipedrive is a plus
• Ability to coach team members and give clear feedback that improves results

Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with a salary range of 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 IQD including commission.
