Retention Manager

About the role

Aristocrat is seeking a Retention Manager to lead customer engagement and loyalty initiatives within its marketing department. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design and execute data‑driven retention campaigns that enhance player lifetime value and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital retention activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across digital channels.
• Develop and execute retention strategies using tools such as Xtreampush.
• Analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, web layers, and other channels using Bloomreach.
• Collaborate with content and design teams, conduct A/B testing, and improve performance.
• Map and optimise the customer journey with automated workflows and personalised communications.
• Partner with acquisition marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct competitive research and support sports‑related initiatives, including tournament setup and player payment management.
• Develop measurement tools and produce comprehensive performance and ROI reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing focused on customer retention.
• Native Spanish speaker with C2‑level English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work overtime, travel as needed, and coordinate with partners across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
