About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales and business growth across Iraq, Kuwait and Oman, focusing on top retail partners and key distribution channels. You will develop channel‑specific plans, monitor performance, and ensure brand compliance in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned retail partners and major KDR channels (e.g., Kuwait Xcite, Oman Lulu, Extra, Sharaf DG).
- Develop and implement channel‑specific business plans to drive sales in IR, wholesale and KDR segments.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributor sales teams, preparing activity reports and conducting regular business reviews.
- Ensure in‑store execution, planogram compliance, POSM deployment and coordinate with marketing for campaign rollout.
- Conduct retail audits, manage promoter performance and staffing during key periods.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and product performance using the 4P framework and PSI management, and propose strategies to increase market share.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in mobile devices or mobile accessories industry.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with KDR channels in Kuwait and Oman is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Iraq, Kuwait and Oman.
