Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead all operations at our bottled drinking water plant. The role involves planning, organizing and supervising daily production activities to meet quality, safety and efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and resources.
• Oversee the entire production process, including water treatment, purification, bottling, filling, capping, labeling, packaging and finished‑product handling.
• Monitor line performance, equipment utilization and KPIs such as OEE, downtime, waste and labor efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, quality control, inventory and resource management with relevant departments.
• Lead, train and schedule production staff, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or related field (preferred).
• 5‑7 years of production management or supervision experience in bottled water, beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage production teams, optimize processes and control costs.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with production reporting systems.
