Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to work directly with the founder of Enab, a premium hospitality brand. The role combines business and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, meeting deadlines, and bringing structure to dynamic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules.
• Coordinate travel, appointments, and reservations.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Follow up with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Organize files and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with project coordination and business research.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
• Comfortable learning new software and digital tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator is preferred.
