Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily plant production and field operational activities at our oil and gas facility. The role involves managing shift teams, ensuring compliance with safety systems, and driving operational performance in a challenging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant operational activities and arrange shift manpower.
• Monitor operational performance, address on‑site issues, and troubleshoot process abnormalities.
• Implement ISSOW and PTW safety procedures to maintain site compliance.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, guide team development, and assess staff competency.
• Support plant commissioning, start‑up, and routine operational optimisation.
• Complete daily operational records and equipment maintenance data using CMMS/SAP.
• Coordinate emergency response and manage abnormal incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant operations and field operational activities within the oil and gas sector.
• Familiarity with international standards and safety systems such as PTW and ISSOW.
• Ability to lead shift teams and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for handling process abnormalities and emergencies.
