Medical Sales Representative – Aesthetic Injectables & Devices

About the role

As a Medical Sales Representative for aesthetic injectables and devices, you will drive adoption and commercial growth of our aesthetic product portfolio within the Karbala territory. You will work closely with aesthetic doctors, clinic owners and other healthcare professionals to understand needs, present solutions and build long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and clinic decision‑makers.
• Identify new aesthetic clinics and business opportunities, convert prospects into active customers.
• Deliver presentations on device features, applications, treatment protocols and product benefits.
• Coordinate demonstrations, trainings, workshops and other customer activities with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, visit reports and sales opportunities using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Based in Karbala.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetic or medical‑device sales.
• Strong interest in medical aesthetics and willingness to develop technical knowledge of devices and treatments.
• Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Commercial sales skills including opportunity identification, objection handling and negotiation.
