Marketing Manager – Corporate & Project Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute HRID's corporate and project marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and support the successful launch of residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate and project‑specific marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning initiatives and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor, PR and events.
• Manage lead generation strategies for residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments.
• Oversee digital initiatives including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing and website optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and conversion rates, and implement improvements.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, creative studios and media partners, reviewing creative concepts and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Customer Relations and People & Culture departments to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
• Analyse campaign data using analytics tools and prepare executive reports.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team and establish a knowledge‑transfer plan.
