نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن قائد ذو خبرة واسعة لتولي منصب Head of Retail Banking وإدارة جميع أنشطة البنوك التجزئية.

المهام الرئيسية

تطوير وإدارة المنتجات والخدمات المصرفية للأفراد.
إدارة الفروع وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتوسيع محفظة العملاء.
وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات Retail Banking لتحقيق النمو.

الملف المطلوب

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في القطاع المصرفي مع خبرة قيادية في Retail Banking.
مهارات قيادية وإدارية عالية وقدرة على بناء وتطوير فرق العمل.

المهارات المطلوبة

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات قوية في التواصل، التفاوض، تحليل الأداء واتخاذ القرار.
