General Manager

About the role

Future Fingerprint Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to steer the organization through its next growth phase. The role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business development across technology, engineering, and integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑ and long‑term strategic plans aligned with the Board’s vision.
• Oversee daily operations of all business units, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead business development activities, including tendering, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and reporting to the Board.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations while managing corporate risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related) – required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering Management – preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CENG – preferred.
• Proven senior leadership experience in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

• Chartered Engineer (CENG) certification
