Functional Analyst – Odoo Accounting Implementations

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Analyst specialized in Odoo Accounting to join our growing ERP consulting team. You will work directly with clients in Iraq to understand their finance processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client accounting requirements and design Odoo configurations that meet those needs.
• Configure Odoo Accounting workflows, including invoicing, vendor bills, payments, journals, taxes, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Support the setup of Chart of Accounts, fiscal positions, analytic accounting, and other accounting parameters.
• Deliver on‑site and remote training sessions for finance and accounting teams.
• Provide functional support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo Accounting.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customizations and integrations on schedule.
• Assist in data migration, testing, and user‑acceptance activities for finance‑related modules.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP functional analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance business processes.
• Good understanding of the Odoo Accounting module and related applications.
• Ability to analyse financial workflows and propose appropriate ERP solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
