Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will deliver on‑site installation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of air compressors and related industrial equipment. The role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction through professional service, technical consultancy, and promotion of service products.

Key responsibilities

• Arrive at customer premises, coordinate with the person‑in‑charge and follow safety procedures.
• Perform mechanical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical control systems.
• Diagnose and service rotating equipment, pumps, motors, gear assemblies and air compressors.
• Conduct test runs, monitor performance, record readings and ensure equipment operates within specifications.
• Prepare service reports, recommend follow‑up actions and provide technical feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of the compressor room and ensure proper use of PPE and service vehicle.
• Utilize the Mobile Asset Management (MAM) tool and collaborate with service planners, sales and project teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on field experience with mechanical installations and repairs.
• Adaptable problem‑solver able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Self‑driven professional with a proactive attitude toward customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to multiple customer sites.
