ERP Product Owner & System Analyst (Mid/Senior)

About the role

The ERP Product Owner & System Analyst will own the ERP product backlog, translate business needs into functional specifications, and guide the delivery of ERP solutions across finance, procurement, inventory, sales, HR and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the ERP product backlog and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis and create BRD, SRD and functional specifications.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and ensure traceability through development, QA, UAT and release.
• Collaborate with technical, QA, UI/UX and integration teams to assess feasibility, dependencies and integration impacts.
• Support data migration, cut‑over, integration and go‑live activities from a functional perspective.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, product ownership or business/system analysis.
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).
• Experience preparing functional documentation, managing backlogs and supporting UAT.
• Familiarity with ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) and agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI‑PBA) is a plus.
