Director of Field Surface Facilities (FSF)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the inspection, monitoring and operational management of our oilfield surface facilities and production systems in Wasit, Iraq. The Director‑Field Surface Facilities (FSF) will ensure safe, stable and efficient field operations while supporting the company’s transition towards greener energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor and manage day‑to‑day operations of surface facilities and production systems.
• Oversee operation and maintenance coordination of crude oil processing units, production wells, water‑injection wells and related ancillary equipment.
• Collaborate with the Development Department to plan and execute well openings, shutdowns and wellhead equipment activities.
• Guarantee compliance with company operational and HSE standards, promoting safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in oil‑and‑gas field operations or production facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield production operations, surface facilities and wellhead systems.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing abilities.
