Digital / IT Engineer

About the role

IN2 is seeking a Digital / IT Engineer to help create and maintain secure virtual work environments for its global operations. You will work closely with internal teams to address technical challenges, develop software solutions, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure virtual working environment in line with security policies.
• Provide internal consulting on technical issues and development proposals.
• Conduct system testing and validation procedures.
• Develop and program software components.
• Integrate third‑party programs and verify deployments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Produce technical documentation and status reports.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security, general IT, and software development.
• Proven track record of software projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
