About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join an international team that delivers a wide range of services across multiple markets. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate assistance to customers through various communication channels while helping to improve our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Make outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners to address issues and gather feedback.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing departments.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for helping and communicating with people.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to write quickly and accurately.
