Customer Service Representative – Iraq

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Iraq to manage incoming orders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves processing orders accurately, handling customer inquiries, and analysing data to improve order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and validate orders from e‑commerce portal, email, manual and handheld sources.
- Check item price, barcode, description, code and packaging against system data.
- Identify and flag errors (delisted items, wrong price, incorrect codes) to Sales Executives.
- Process orders through the ERP system, push them to credit control and coordinate release to the warehouse.
- Generate daily error reports and work with relevant teams to prevent recurrence.
- Answer all customer calls promptly, log inquiries, forward to appropriate departments and ensure resolution within 48 hours.
- Cross‑check orders for discrepancies, enter correct reason codes for cancellations.
- Monitor daily pending orders, analyse trends and present findings to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or data‑entry role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain 100 % order accuracy.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in data entry and order processing.
