About the role

Dianaest, which distributes home and kitchen appliances across Iraq from a Baghdad head office with branches in Basra and Erbil, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Agent in Baghdad. The agent answers customer calls and messages, follows cases through to resolution, and works shifts.

Required profile

Excellent Arabic
Basic English
