Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will act as the primary point of contact for bank clients, promoting products and services while ensuring a high‑quality experience. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, meeting branch sales targets, and maintaining up‑to‑date client information in line with KYC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Market and cross‑sell the bank’s products and services to achieve branch revenue goals.
• Provide professional, high‑quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping their profiles current through KYC procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Handle inquiries and requests related to accounts, products, and services across all customer segments.
• Promote and sell bank offerings to meet annual targets.
• Guide customers to use various channels such as private banking, internet banking, ATMs, cheque deposit boxes, and SMS services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer relations within the banking sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, rules and regulations.
• Strong sales orientation and commitment to service excellence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
