Creative/Content Lead

About the role

ZainCash Iraq, a leading mobile wallet and Forbes top Fintech company of 2023 and 2024, is looking for a Creative/Content Lead. The role turns marketing briefs into campaigns and leads them through production to final delivery, while keeping the brand consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Turn marketing briefs into campaign concepts, moodboards, shot lists and production plans
• Lead campaigns end to end, from concept and pre-production through shooting and post-production to delivery
• Provide art direction on shoots and supervise editing, colour and sound
• Lead and coordinate the creative team (designers, motion designers, videographers) and outside production houses
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar and delivery schedule
• Review and approve all creative work for brand consistency, accuracy and quality
• Use AI tools to speed up concepts, references and production planning
• Manage feedback and approvals between marketing, management and production teams

Required profile

• At least 2 years leading creative production: campaigns, photography, video and design
• Strong portfolio of campaigns, TVCs, photoshoots and brand identities, led from concept to final delivery
• Experience directing shoots on set and supervising post-production (editing, colour, sound)
• Experience leading designers, photographers, videographers and editors and managing several projects at once
• Strong attention to brand consistency and quality control
