Asset Protection Supervisor

About the role

The Asset Protection Supervisor leads day‑to‑day security operations for PPCL sites in Chamchamal, ensuring personnel, critical assets and business continuity are protected against emerging threats. Reporting to the Asset Protection Manager, the role translates security strategy into effective field execution and provides command and control during incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership, command and supervision of guard‑force, access control, CCTV, and perimeter security across assigned locations.
• Conduct security risk, vulnerability assessments and maintain an active risk‑tracking process.
• Act as the focal point for incident, crisis and emergency response, coordinating with Operations, HSE, Government Forces and emergency responders.
• Lead, coach and develop security personnel, manage rosters and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs.
• Support design, procurement, testing and assurance of physical and technical security systems, including Counter‑UAS and security analytics.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years progressively responsible security experience in high‑risk or hostile environments.
• Previous military, police, government security or senior commercial security leadership experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management responsibility over guard‑force operations and third‑party security providers.
