Armed Guard – Emergency Response Team (Baghdad, Iraq)

About the role

The Armed Guard will join an Emergency Response Team (ERT) in Baghdad, Iraq, providing routine guard services and ensuring the security of designated facilities. This overseas assignment includes training, travel, and furnished housing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine guard duties and patrols.
• Maintain physical security and control access to protected areas.
• Respond to security incidents in accordance with ERT protocols.
• Adhere to safety standards while working in extreme weather or hazardous environments.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and a U.S. citizen.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum three years of military, law‑enforcement, or armed commercial guard experience, specifically in physical security and access control.
• Pass pre‑employment medical, physical, drug, and psychological examinations.
