About the role
Kurdish Guard Security Company is hiring a qualified, detail-oriented and motivated Accountant in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. The position follows a 5-day-per-week schedule and suits someone with strong accounting skills, a high level of accuracy and a commitment to professional excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare financial reports, statements and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
