Warehouse Keeper – Erbil

About the role

Saaeda is looking for a reliable Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse activities in Erbil. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper storage, and smooth flow of goods in line with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming goods according to quality standards and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the system and manual logs, conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials based on approved requests and delivery schedules.
• Prepare warehouse reports, delivery notes, and stock movement records, keeping documentation up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met within the warehouse.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Keeper or in a similar warehouse role.
• Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and operate both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written) and at least a high school diploma.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to use computers and warehouse‑related software.
