Training & Field Force Excellence Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Training & Field Force Excellence Manager to lead the design and delivery of scientific and therapeutic training programs for our pharmaceutical field teams across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. This role will ensure new hires are onboarded, certified, and ready for field deployment while driving continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive field force training strategy.
• Design and deliver high‑impact scientific, therapeutic, and skills‑based training programs.
• Own onboarding and certification processes for new hires.
• Provide in‑field coaching to enhance scientific detailing and soft‑skill capabilities.
• Implement competency assessments and ensure readiness prior to field deployment.
• Partner cross‑functionally to drive measurable performance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (Master’s a plus).
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge with solid understanding of therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products.
• 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical field roles.
• Experience in training, coaching, or field force development is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a strong advantage.
