Territory Manager – Vision Care (Optometrist)

About the role

Medicals International is seeking a motivated Optometrist to join its Vision Care team in Baghdad as a Territory Manager. The role is fully field‑based, focusing on promoting and selling contact lenses and related professional solutions to optical shops, clinics and optometrists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the assigned sales territory in Baghdad.
• Visit optical shops, clinics and optometrists daily to present Vision Care products.
• Promote and sell contact lenses, fitting kits and professional solutions.
• Distribute product brochures, conduct product presentations and follow a structured sales cycle.
• Handle sales orders, collections and provide post‑sale customer support.
• Train optometrists on fitting techniques for hard contact lenses and support key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve territory sales and collection targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry.
• Passion for sales, field work and customer interaction.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Energetic, disciplined and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities professionally.
• Preferably based in Baghdad.

Required skills

• Knowledge of contact lenses and professional fitting solutions.
