System Engineer

About the role

TJDEED Technology® is seeking a proactive System Engineer to join its IT solutions team. You will work closely with sales and customers to design, deploy, and support complex technical solutions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept sessions for prospective customers.
• Analyse customer environments and translate business requirements into practical technical designs.
• Support the sales team with proposals, bill of materials, and solution architecture.
• Lead end‑to‑end deployments, including planning, installation, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Provide training for end users and IT administrators.
• Produce comprehensive documentation such as solution designs, as‑built configurations, and handover guides.
• Offer post‑implementation technical support and act as an escalation point for customer issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in systems engineering, IT solutions, or presales engineering.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSA, CCNA).
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Customer‑first attitude with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
