Senior Project Associate – Livelihoods

About the role

The Senior Project Associate will support the implementation, coordination and monitoring of livelihoods and recovery programmes across Iraq, reporting to the Livelihoods Senior Programme Coordinator and the Program Coordinator – Livelihoods.

Key responsibilities

• Follow‑up field operations, track implementation progress and coordinate with multiple field teams.
• Conduct monitoring visits, review activity documentation and ensure timely, quality delivery of programme components.
• Collect, consolidate and report data using implementation tracking tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies or related field with at least five years of relevant experience (or school diploma with seven years).
• Experience in livelihoods, recovery, resilience or community‑based programming, preferably in post‑conflict settings.
• Proven ability to work with international organisations, UN agencies, NGOs or donor‑funded programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of data management, reporting tools and information tracking systems.
