Sales Supervisor – South Region (Medical Items)

About the role

AKAD Pharma Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead its medical items and healthcare product team in the southern region of Iraq. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing a field team, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise a team of sales/medical representatives.
• Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor team performance, prepare regular reports and adjust strategies as needed.
• Implement AKAD Pharma’s sales and marketing strategies in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceuticals or medical items sales.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the southern Iraq market.
• Own a car (preferred).
