Sales Representative – Heavy Machinery (Basra)

About the role
The Sales Representative will promote Sardar Automobile & Machinery Trading Company’s heavy‑duty vehicles, construction equipment and industrial machinery to customers across Basra. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers, gather their needs and purchasing plans.
- Visit clients daily to present product benefits and negotiate deals.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports and collaborate with the sales team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Auto Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and quick learner.
