About the role

The Sales Manager will lead Abwaab’s inbound and outbound telesales operations, overseeing a large team of unit managers and more than 90 agents. This senior position combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership to drive conversion, revenue and customer retention across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor inbound, outbound and bookstore sales channels, managing roughly 90 telesales agents.
  • Develop and execute telesales strategies to meet conversion, revenue and retention targets.
  • Oversee daily sales activities across campaigns, guided learning, offline exams, YouTube and social media.
  • Align team objectives with business priorities in close collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion metrics and agent productivity, implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure effective CRM usage and accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and maximize campaign ROI.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training and performance reviews for team leads and agents.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of telesales/inside sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage large, high‑performing sales teams (20+ members).
  • Experience in B2C telesales, preferably within EdTech, telecom or service sectors.
  • Fluent Arabic (native) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in fast‑growth or startup environments is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Advanced use of Google Sheets for data tracking.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with Looker for performance dashboards.
