Sales Manager – PVC Products (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead the growth of our PVC product range across Middle‑East markets such as Iraq, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. The role involves shaping sales strategy, building strong customer relationships and delivering revenue targets in the overseas PVC market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new international markets and customer segments for PVC products, conducting in‑depth market research and analysing trends.
• Develop and execute comprehensive market penetration plans to increase market share and ensure high‑level customer satisfaction.
• Create annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and budgets, coordinate with production, logistics and customer service to guarantee seamless order fulfilment.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, pricing and closing deals with international customers.
• Promote PVC products at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events, delivering presentations and collaborating with marketing to produce tailored materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably within PVC or related chemical products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in overseas markets.
• Fluent English; ability to communicate with international customers and partners.
