About the role
URUK is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its ERP (Odoo) team in Baghdad. The role focuses on generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting client relationships for Odoo ERP solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through research and outreach.
- Deliver sales presentations and live demonstrations of Odoo ERP.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales pitches.
- Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Represent URUK at networking events and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with ERP or software solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability.
