Reception Supervisor

About the role

The Reception Supervisor ensures exceptional customer service and efficient coordination at the Lexus dealership in Erbil. This role maintains a welcoming environment, facilitates communication between customers and staff, and supports overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the reception desk, manage receptionists' schedules, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Train new receptionists on company policies, procedures, and service standards, offering ongoing coaching.
• Act as the primary liaison between reception staff and management, conveying information and addressing concerns.
• Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer records.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
• Conduct regular audits of reception processes to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among receptionists, promoting teamwork and mutual respect.
• Maintain inventory records for supplies and promotional materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
