Project Manager - Healthcare Software

About the role

Health 360 builds the software used inside Iraqi clinics and hospitals, including e-prescriptions, clinic management, PACS and medical imaging, and hospital information systems. It works with thousands of physicians, private hospitals and national medical bodies, and the number of live projects has grown beyond what the founders can run day to day. It is hiring one Project Manager to own delivery end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Run every active project from kickoff to go-live: scope, timeline, milestones and handover.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, field teams and clients so nobody waits on nobody.
• Track blockers and dependencies across projects and clear them before they become delays.
• Own client-facing commitments: what was promised, when, and whether we are on track.
• Keep the CEO informed with short, honest status updates, not slide decks.
• Set up and maintain the project tooling (Notion or similar) and make sure the team uses it.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing software delivery, ideally with several projects in parallel.
• Comfortable meeting a hospital director in the morning and a backend engineer in the afternoon.
• Fluent Arabic and solid working English.
• Organised, direct, and able to say early that a date will not hold.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus, not required.
• Based in Baghdad or willing to relocate.
