Medical Representative – CVRM (Sulaymaniyah)

About the role

As a Medical Representative for AstraZeneca in Sulaymaniyah, you will promote prescription medicines to healthcare professionals, delivering scientifically accurate information that supports patient outcomes. You will work within an assigned territory, collaborating with sales managers and internal teams to drive product awareness and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement effective territory sales plans.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts and manage budgets to achieve therapeutic and territorial objectives.
• Apply AstraZeneca’s marketing and medical promotion strategies across assigned regions and products.
• Conduct regular, high‑quality medical visits to promote products and increase awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions, activities, and doctor profiles using CRM tools such as Veeva.
• Organise and manage promotional meetings (RLM, ROM) while ensuring efficient use of promotional budgets.
• Deliver personalized, scientifically accurate messages aligned with physicians’ needs and prescribing behaviour.
• Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics to inform promotional strategy.
• Coordinate with internal departments for medical information, pharmacovigilance, and marketing feedback.
• Uphold ethical relationships with healthcare professionals and AstraZeneca’s professional values.
