Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead and coordinate core HR functions across the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with social security and tax regulations, and acting as the primary liaison with government institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee social security and tax compliance, preparing accurate reports.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local labor laws.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring correct benefits, deductions, and tax filings.
• Coordinate work permits and residency procedures for foreign staff.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
• Serve as the point of contact with government agencies on HR matters.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and labor rights.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR functions, especially recruitment and government compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security, and taxation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently with regulatory bodies.
