HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to oversee core HR functions such as recruitment, attendance tracking, payroll processing and workplace environment management. The role supports both employees and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance records and ensure policy compliance.
• Process payroll, calculate salaries, deductions and administer benefits.
• Handle employee contracts, documentation and HR records with confidentiality.
• Monitor and improve workplace culture and environment.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and industry regulations.
• Support training, development and performance‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR best practices and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management and attendance tracking.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor legislation and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and work in a fast‑paced environment.
