About the role
Permission Protocol is building a new infrastructure category for autonomous agents. We are looking for experienced operators and builders who can shape product primitives, governance models, and enterprise adoption pathways for agent authority and control.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement product primitives for agent authority, receipts, signer workflows, and approval boundaries.
- Define developer adoption paths, integration patterns, and enterprise narratives around trust and governance.
- Conduct research on agent failure modes, control surfaces, and governance frameworks.
- Establish partnerships with companies deploying or governing AI agents.
Required profile
- Strong conviction that autonomous systems need explicit authority and accountability.
- Proven systems judgment across security, compliance, developer platforms, AI tooling, finance operations, or product strategy.
- Evidence of building, operating, researching, selling, or governing complex technical systems.
- Excellent written communication and a desire to shape a nascent market category.
