About the role

Join Nestlé’s fast‑track Finance Graduate Trainee program, a 24‑month development journey designed to build future finance leaders for the MENA region. You will rotate across key finance functions, work on real‑world projects, and receive mentorship from senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support cost‑optimization and budgeting initiatives.
• Assist in financial risk analysis and reporting.
• Participate in cross‑functional finance projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners across the MENA region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field with a strong GPA.
• Available to start full‑time in January 2027.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region if required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
