Field Specialist II – Well Services (Thru Tubing)

About the role

The Field Specialist II supports daily well‑service operations, ensuring safety, equipment readiness, and high‑quality service delivery for thru‑tubing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analyses, reporting issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and work areas in safe, presentable condition.
• Plan, mobilize, execute jobs and submit all required documentation for client invoicing.
• Provide 24‑hour on‑call support to respond to customer needs.
• Test, operate and maintain tools and equipment according to procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Manage inventory and supplies at well sites and follow up on equipment failures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of field experience in well services (thru‑tubing) or a related technical role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Eligible to work in Iraq without a visa.
• High school diploma; technical certificate or engineering degree preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to operate and maintain field tools and equipment.
• Data monitoring and analysis to recommend services and solutions.
