Client Liaison Officer

About the role

The Client Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for private schools in Baghdad, promoting MZ Talent Group’s services and ensuring strong, lasting relationships. This full‑time position is based in our Baghdad office and requires frequent travel across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between MZ Talent Group and local private schools.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, presenting solutions that meet school needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with school administrators.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Travel to various districts in Baghdad to meet clients and assess market needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent IT proficiency.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Charismatic, confident and professional demeanor.
• Good knowledge of Baghdad’s areas and districts.
• Residence within ~30 minutes of Karada.
• Own car and a valid driving licence.
