Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role

WeCopy Fintech is seeking a Kurdish‑speaking Business Development Executive to expand its presence in Iraq and Kurdish‑speaking communities. This remote position focuses on acquiring new clients and building partnerships for our prop trading, copy trading and forex brokerage services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies targeting Kurdish‑speaking markets.
• Identify, engage and convert potential traders, affiliates and introducing brokers.
• Promote funded trader programs and forex brokerage services.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with traders, partners and affiliates.
• Educate clients on product offerings, trading platforms and opportunities.
• Support leads through onboarding and follow‑up processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive regional growth.
• Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kurdish and English.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or client acquisition.
• Background in Forex, CFD, prop trading, crypto or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
