About the role

The Associate Director of Performance & Growth will lead AUIB’s student acquisition funnel, overseeing digital marketing, CRM operations and data‑driven enrollment strategies. This senior leader will ensure continuous growth, operational efficiency and marketing excellence across the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment growth strategies aligned with institutional targets.
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to maximize lead generation, conversion and ROI.
• Manage CRM systems, lead tracking workflows, reporting standards and data integrity to support enrollment operations.
• Supervise contact‑center and enrollment advisory functions to ensure effective communication and student conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage dashboards, analyse funnel performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
