After‑Sales Manager – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced After‑Sales Manager to lead our automotive service, maintenance, warranty and spare‑parts operations in Baghdad. The role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and profitability while strengthening the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an after‑sales strategy to meet service quality, revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee daily operations of service centres, workshops and parts departments, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource utilization.
• Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround times and capacity utilization.
• Manage warranty claims, goodwill approvals and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Develop budgets, track financial performance and identify revenue growth opportunities such as service packages and accessories.
• Implement internal controls, SOPs and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the after‑sales team, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, suppliers, insurers and manufacturers to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive after‑sales operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, spare‑parts management and warranty systems.
• Proven leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
