About the role
The Account Manager – Complex Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding enterprise‑level client relationships across a portfolio of fintech and electronic payment solutions. You will drive revenue growth by selling Qi services, payment gateways, and non‑payment fintech products while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and complex client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Sell and grow Qi services such as payroll, card programs, and institutional solutions.
- Promote electronic payment solutions including POS, gateways, and digital wallets.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for non‑payment fintech services (SaaS platforms, loyalty, analytics).
- Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and generate regular sales reports.
- Coordinate client onboarding and resolve escalations to ensure smooth implementation.
- Track and achieve KPIs related to revenue, transaction volume, user activation, product adoption, and client retention.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record with enterprise or large‑scale clients.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
