Senior Brand Executive

About the role

Entain is looking for a Senior Brand Executive to join its Marketing and Brand team. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Brand Gaming, you will help deliver strategic activation plans across key markets, collaborate with the CRM team on customer lifecycle activation, develop digital brand plans with media agencies, and drive major marketing campaigns throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Brand Manager in executing the annual marketing plan and aligning activities with strategic objectives.
• Maintain a rolling calendar of marketing activities, ensuring on‑site and promotional actions are coordinated.
• Partner with Commercial, Propositions & Promotions teams to deliver the brand marketing plan, driving commercial outcomes and brand KPIs.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
• Own timelines for campaign briefings and delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and deadlines met.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets and spend.
• Analyse campaign performance, provide insights and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure all activity complies with Responsible Gambling regulations and industry standards.
• Continue building knowledge across media, creative development, and brand strategy.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a brand marketing role, preferably with integrated campaigns across creative, media, and internal channels.
• Clear and confident communicator able to give concise feedback against briefs.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, creative thinker who can contribute innovative ideas to the brand team.
• Commercially and analytically minded, comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
