About the role
We are seeking a Sales & Account Management Officer (Food) to join our Commercial team in Kirkuk. The role combines proactive restaurant partner acquisition with ongoing account development, helping partners maximise performance and drive sustainable growth within the Baly food ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and onboard top restaurant partners to the Baly platform.
- Conduct lead generation, meetings and field presentations to showcase Baly’s value proposition.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve acquisition and activation targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Drive participation in campaigns, discounts and promotions to boost sales.
- Install, activate and support POS devices, train restaurant staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to align commercial initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
